The organization was formed for the purpose of promoting closer cooperation among the various branches of the Law Enforcement officers of Moore County, North Carolina; and for the further purpose of promoting welfare and interest of all members to the end that the enforcement of the law and the administration of justice may be improved through the interchange of ideas, the study of new methods and a better understanding of the law, which will in turn enable the members to better fit themselves for the work to which they are dedicated in the law enforcement field.

Meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month, at 7:00pm at The Moore County LEO Building - located at 6921 US 15-501 Carthage, NC
